Tottenham host Liverpool in what should be yet another “blockbuster” game in the new season

Spurs have not lost any game in this 2016/2017 Premier League campaign having opened up with an away draw to Everton and a 1-0 win against Allan Pardew’s men (Crystal Palace) at White Hart Lane.

They host Liverpool in an early kick off who have had a hot and cold start to their new campaign with a win against Arsenal and a loss to Burnley already.

This will be Liverpool’s third game of the season and their third game away from home, they are yet to play their first Premier League game at Anfield this season, Spurs being at home I would give them 55% chance to win this game but, Liverpool on the other hand are good when playing against “big teams” and I hope spurs will not fall victim.

Spurs will be without their number one goalkeeper Hugo Lloris and Moussa Dembele. Liverpool on the other hand will miss the services of their new signing goalkeeper Loris Karius and teenager defend Joe Gomez, Philippe Coutinho and Emre Can all who are yet to be confirmed fit for this game.

Some important info to look at as the two teams prepare for tomorrow’s game, in their last six meetings, Liverpool has won 4 and drew two, the last time Liverpool visited White Hart Lane in October 2015 the game ended nil all.

Liverpool will be hoping to return to their winning form having lost to Burnley last weekend although they did find the net recently against championship side Burton Albion.

Liverpool’s new sighing Sadio Mane will be hoping to continue with his scoring form as Daniel Sturridge continues to look for his first Premier League goal this season.

Spurs have their key men Harry Kane and last season’s Youngest Player of The Year Dele Alli available. Anything can happen in this game but Jürgen Klopp’s approach when it comes to big games might be the only difference as Liverpool will be hoping to take a win from this game.
