Visa in Africa for African Travelers

A recent survey by the African Development Bank shows that at least 55% of the countries require travelers to have a Visa in Africa.

Only 20% don’t require one and 25% offer one on arrival. This clearly has implications on the mobility of Africans from one country to another for a number of reasons. This also could explain the low local tourist numbers and lack of human capital mobility across the continent.

Below are some of the countries with their respective Visa requirements.
