Premier League: Chelsea break the jinx as Manchester City stumble in week seven

After the previous lose, Chelsea started off October in a rather splendid style hammering the guests, Hull City 2-0 in week seven.

Liverpool kept their winning streak on against Swansea City netting 2-1 leaving Liverpool fourth in the league.

Watford alongside Bournemouth, West Ham against Middlesbrough, Sunderland and West Brom all rolled on the same boat and aimed for a draw.

Sunday brought the hot fixtures starting an early kick off with Manchester United against Stoke City. Manchester United had almost claimed a victory until Stoke City enlivened the game with a last minute goal which was the final decision for a 1-1 draw at the Theater of Dreams.

After six consecutive wins, Manchester City finally met a worthy opponent in the form of Tottenham who romped them 2-0 marring their 100% record.

Arsenal kept the guns blazing against defensive opponents, Burnley FC. The Gunners managed a 1-0 against Burnley securing a second consecutive win.

Defending champions, Leicester City hosted Southampton but no goal came from both teams leading to a goalless draw at the King Power stadium.
